TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: We require a 50% deposit to secure your event and final payment 3 days prior to your date. We accept payments via bank transfer.
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 21 days prior to your event otherwise we issue a credit for any future bookings.
BAD WEATHER: Please have a backup indoor location where we can continue the event as planned , we cannot refund a payment due to a wet weather cancellation. We are also happy to reschedule your event based on availability.
HIRE: All hire orders are required to pay a bond, which is fully refundable upon the safe return of all hired items. You are responsible for all picnic items and may be charged if items are lost, damaged or broken during your event.
DIY picnic items need to be returned washed and cleaned.
