TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING & PAYMENTS:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance payable 3 days prior to your scheduled event. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 14 days are not refundable; however, a booking credit will be issued for use on a future event.

WEATHER POLICY:

As our experiences are styled for outdoor enjoyment, clients must have a suitable indoor backup location available in the event of wet or unsuitable weather. We are unable to offer refunds due to weather conditions. Where possible, we are happy to reschedule your event, subject to availability.

HIRE ITEMS & CARE:

Clients are responsible for all hired items throughout the duration of the event. Charges may apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or broken.

For DIY picnic bookings, all items must be returned clean and washed. Additional cleaning or replacement fees may apply if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

To maintain the quality of our hire items, painting, colouring, or the use of pens, markers, paint, or similar materials is not permitted. Any resulting damage will incur repair or replacement charges.
